PAXPREPC: pa_percent_completes Duplicate task_id Associated With Different project_id (Doc ID 2662232.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Projects, on the pa_percent_completes table, there are multiple task_ids that are associated with multiple projects that only exist on one of those projects.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigation: Project Billing User>Project Status Inquiry>Percent Complete
2. Search for Project Number
3. Change % complete for a task
4. Save
