ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Retirement transaction showing incorrect amount for Reserve and NBV for Negative Asset

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Retirement transaction should show correct amount for Reserve and NBV for Negative Asset

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

From Oracle Assets, M>  Asset>Asset Workbench
1. In Asset Workbench via Quick Additions Button Create Negative Asset
2. In Asset Workbench, select Retire button and retire the Asset
3. M:  Other>Requests>Run, Single request and Run Calculate Gain and Loss
