On : 12.1.3 version, Rapidclone
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We cloned a prod to non Prod environment, unable to login the EBS instance.
We get the login page but as soon as we enter the password, we get a blank screen. The database is in ODA and apps tier is a single VM node.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to get the login page successfully
