Unable To Create Pricing Agreement Successfully Using API (Doc ID 2664004.1)

Goal

We are unable to create a Pricing Agreement using API. Attached the script for your reference.
After running the script, we are able to see the Pricing Agreement in the table, but not able to query it in the front end.
The pricing agreement was created through API oe_pricing_cont_pub.process_agreement.
What is missing? How can this be resolved?
