Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run API(pay_element_link_api.update_element_link) to change the costable type from "Costed" to "Not-Costed", the following error occurs.

ORA-20001: PAY_33091_COST_BAL_ELESET_NC

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run API to change the costable type from Costed to Not-Costed

    e.g.  

  2.  Error occurs
