When attempting to run the journal import  the following error occurs and is shown in the import log file:

Error in: gl_import_hook_pkg.pre_module_hook
Function return status: 0

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into general ledger
2. Navigate to Journal-Import-Run
3. Submit the journal import
