Employee Appraisal Overall Rating and Comments region not appear in the page


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service >> Performance Management
2. Appraisals tab >> Press on Details icon on completed Appraisals
3. Appraisal Overall Rating and Comments region not appear in the page
