On : 12.1.3 version, Batches

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When create a new OPM batch and define the planned start date found that the completion date is the same as the planned start date

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to see the correct planned completion date.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Formula, Recipe, Routing and Validity Rule.

2. Create a batch from Recipe
