Rounding Fields Level Is Not Working At Rate Record Level With Sourcing (Doc ID 2667351.1)

Symptoms

When trying to upload the rate record via rate load template, If we keep Rounding Fields Level in Cost Parameter tab , rate upload is failing with Undefined error.

We have configured template rate record with Rounding Fields Level value as UOM field in rate record rate costs tab and downloads the rate load file. Still in the downloaded file Rounding Fields Level value is not coming.
