AR_S_00094: Orphan Unapp Rows Exist In AR_RECEIVABLE_APPLICATIONS_ALL (Doc ID 2667810.1)

Symptoms

Unable to process receipt events.  Create Accounting is not selecting them for processing.

Upon further investigation, there are orphan UNAPP row(s) existing in ar_receivable_applications all, which
is preventing their event from processing.

Example:

For receivable_application_ids 64354489,64378460,64378495,64378650, the following is seen in ar_distributions_all

SOURCE_ID    SOURCE_ID_SECONDARY
64354489    64354490
64378460    64378459
64378495    64378496
64378650    64378649

the source_id_secondary will be the associated distribution for the APP side of the entry, which are not existing in ar_distributions_all
