Symptoms

Problem Statement:

The request log of the Rollback Process shows the Total Assignment count and Total Action count as 0, but the assignment actions are properly rolled back.

Total Assignment count : 0
Total Action count : 0

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as HRMS Manager responsiblity
  2.  Submit "Rollback US Payroll Process"
  3.  Request log shows the count as 0 even though the process completes without any issue.
