Enterprise Command Center: Performance Issue When Running the Full Load for Procurement Operations Dashboards (Doc ID 2670228.1)

Symptoms

During the implementation of the Enterprise Command Center (ECC) is taking long time to execute the full load for the entire procurement operations dasboards.

This issue occurs for all purchasing data sets.

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Responsibility: ECC Developer

2.  Navigate to: Data Load Submission > Select Application=  Purchasing

3.  In Data set field select value 'All' > Load type= Full Load > Press on Submit
