Symptoms

Unable to Access Command Center Page

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Create ont.csv file
PERMISSION_SET_CODE,RESPONSIBILITY_CODE,ECC_ROLE_CODE
ONT_ECC_PS,FND_RESP|ONT|ONT_HTMLUI_RESP|STANDARD,UMX|ONT_ECC_ROLE

2. Ran UMX_ECC_RBACAuto.sh
it completes successfully

3. Login as 'Order Management, HTML User Interface' responsibility
it shows only Orders tab. 'Command Center' tab is missing.
