Approved Requisition Using AME Action History Shows Only A 'Submit' Action, 'Approve' Action is Missing (Doc ID 2670905.1)

The action history on self-approved Requisitions using AME only shows the Submit and not the Approve Action. This happens with AME FYI approvals.

This is similar to same behavior that happens when approved POs use FYI approvals in AME

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate iProcurement-> Requisitions
 - Create Requisition
 - Submit
 - Document is Approved
 - View Action History, only shows a 'Submit', no 'Approve' action is written to the action history
