On : 12.2.9 version, Approval Workflow Post 11iFinC

When attempting to Run WFLOAD Utility for oexwford.wft
the following error occurs.

  - 210: Oracle Error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (APPLSYS.WF_PROCESS_ACTIVITIES_U2) violated
