Error While Loading New Employee From Cloud To EBS (Doc ID 2671358.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run import and Load Data for newly created employee from Fusion to EBS, the following error occurs.

ORA-20001: You are no longer permitted to enter a number for this person. Please close and reopen the application window you are using. If you are using an API then please rerun the script that calls the API. Doing this enables the application to generate a sequential number automatically.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_UTILITY", line 949
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F_ARIU", line 223
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F_ARIU'

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  In EBS HCM, Employee Number Generation has been set to Automatic.

  2.  Create new employee in Fusion and then try to import and load the data into EBS.
     
  3.  Run "import and Load Data"
  4.  Once finishing the import and click the button "Load"
  5.  Above error can be seen
