Getting FRM error when we try to open the Order Organizer and when we try to query by date after upgrading database to 19c.

FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001.

APP-FND-01564 ORACLE error 3114 in audfrm
Cause: audfrm failed due to ORA-03114 not connected to ORACLE
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: &SQLSTMT and was executed from file &ERRFILE

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User >
2. Navigate: Orders,Returns> Order Organizer >
3. Receive multiple errors in Order Organizer when we try to query any sales order and also when trying to query by date.
