When finalizing a lease, the Liability checkbox on the payment term re-checks.  It should remain unchecked if that is the user's choice.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a lease
2. Add a payment term with the liability box unchecked.
3. Save and finalise lease.
4. Review the payment terms.
