Symptoms

Problem Description
-------------------
Claim amount cannot be less than total associated amount

Error/Actual Behavior
---------------------
Error when applying second receipt on invoice

Steps to reproduce
------------------
1) Create invoice for 500
2) create receipt for 400 and apply it on invoice to create 100 deduction
3) Create new receipt for 50 and try to apply on invoice throws error.

Expected Behavior
------------------
should be able to apply new payment on invoice
