Remarks In Tracking Shipment Events Are Not Updated Via Integration (Doc ID 2673357.1)

Symptoms

When a shipment which is transported via Third party carrier is interfaced from OTM to IoT FM, the later upon successful transmission
sends an outbound message to OTM with IoT FM Link Remark identifier. OTM received this as an inbound message and processed it successfully.
But the Remark identifier is not update in the shipment remarks.

The buy shipment remarks are updated via an inbound integration transmission.
However, the Shipment Tracking Event does not get updated with the remarks.
