Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Auction/RFx creation

When supplier is attempting to submit the quote,
the following error occurs.

There is a site specific problem with your quote. Please re-submit your quote


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log as the supplier
2. Submit the quote from reminder notification
