UWQ Performance Issue (Doc ID 2674292.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to 12.2, UWQ form is slow to open and takes around 2-3 mins.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the Tasks - Group Owned node
2. Open the UWQ form and it takes around 2-3 mins
