Symptoms
Facing the below error when running the script adctxpkg.sql to add the missing package:AD_CTX_DDL
Executed the action plan as APPS user and got the below error
sqlplus -s APPS/***** @$AD_TOP/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/adctxpkg.sql <system password> CTXSYS <apps username>
Connected.
