Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Shipment Issues

When supplier user is creating ASN for LOT control items in iSupplier Portal, the following error occurs.

ERROR

An Unexpected Error has occured. Please try again and if problem persists contact system administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iSupplier portal using Supplier
2. Navigate to Shipments
3. Create ASN >Enter Lot and LPN information
4. Above error occurs
