Symptoms

Problem Statement
There are stuck data on RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE with below error.
All PO cannot receipt cause this error.

Error
RVTII-060: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned error
Cause: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned an internal error.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. To check data on Transactions Status Summary
    (N)Inventory > Transactions > Receiving > Transactions Status Summary

Changes

 Upgrade to R12.2.9 and Database 19.5.0.0.0
