Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An equipment type automation agent is configured to use the 'Increment Bucket' action. When the 'Increment Bucket' equipment agent action is executed, OTM is inserting duplicate SQL insert statement . This results in a unique key constraint error) when creating a SKU that does not previously exist. When the agent executes this action, the action will fail with the following exception:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that the agent action execute successfully with no errors.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Configure an equipment agent type with an agent action of 'Increment Bucket'
2. For the increment bucket agent action, ensure that the location ID specified as a parameter for this action does not currently exist in OTM as a location asset inventory.
3. Trigger the automation agent
4. The agent will fail with the above exception.
