ORA-00936: Missing Expression Error Occurs While Running PO ECC Strategic Sourcing Data Load Request (Doc ID 2676830.1)

Symptoms

After ECC upgrade from V3 to V4 or in another ECC version, the PO ECC Strategic Sourcing Data Load returns an error as below


ERROR

There is SQLException while applying load rule for dataset pon-pcc-neg for job 68,585. Exception details ORA-00936: missing expression oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:509) oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:461) oracle.jdbc.driver.T4C8Oall.processError(T4C8Oall.java:1104) oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIfun.receive(T4CTTIfun.java:550) .........


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Run ECC Strategic Sourcing Data Load
3. Errors are seen in log
