Symptoms
CSV Upload is performed to load Locations, Rates data
When reviewing the records , it is observed that records with upper case and lower case are allowed to be uploaded
For example: below is seen
01. 2 Locations seen with XYZ.0015411853 and also xyz.0015411853
02. Similarly two rate records with lower and upper case are allowed to be uploaded
