Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Request Processing
When attempting to submit a Concurrent Request the following error occurs.

java.lang.IllegalAccessError: tried to access method oracle.apps.fnd.cp.request.CpContext.checkContext(Ljava/lang/String;)V from class oracle.apps.fnd.cp.request.Run
at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.request.Run.main(Run.java:155)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Submit any Java program.
