ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

disabled payment method can still be selected and saved for a supplier. requirement is to have disabled payment method disappear from all suppliers and site levels.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
disabled payment method not to be available in supplier and site level.
