Supplier Registration Approval Workflow Is Not Kicking Off As Expected (Doc ID 2678679.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Upon approval of Supplier Registration,  WF process - "Send notification to uninvited user when registration is approved"  and "Send approval notification to supplier" is supposed to be kicked off.
Rather than that, system is kicking off WF- "UMX Login Help".


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Upon approval of Supplier Registration,  WF process - "Send notification to uninvited user when registration is approved"  and "Send approval notification to supplier" is supposed to be kicked off.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Notification received by supplier when Invitation is sent
FYI: Invitation to register

2. Notification received when Registration information is submitted by Supplier
FYI: <Supplier Name> Supplier Collaboration Network: Registration Submitted

3. Notification Received by supplier when account is approved by the company
FYI: <Supplier Name> Supplier Collaboration Network: Confirmation of Registration

4. Upon looking into the workflow table – found that UMX Login Help workflow is kicked off instead of PO Supplier Management Approval Workflow, which is not correct.
Workflow Status = Active
Workflow type = UMX Login Help
