Symptoms

 Error when trying to validate and commit P6 files retrieved from HMRC
Files retrieved from HMRC can be validated but when trying to Validate and Commit, getting error message:


<file_name>.xml - sequence has to be maintained while uploading the xml files retrieved. Files have to uploaded in the order of retrieval, based on the retrieval date.


Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Retrieve a P6 file from HMRC
2. Select the file and click on Validate and COmmit
