Symptoms

Problem Description

Several Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)documents are failing Funds Check with exceptions and no way to view the error.

ERROR
-------------------
Your budgetary control action completed with exceptions

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the CLM Module.
2. Navigate to Awards and update an award
3. Use Funds Check action
4. Budgetary Control Exception message is shown, but cannot View Details

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Expectation is that would be able to view the Exception errors.
