Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Requisition

When attempting to create receipt on some awards in 12.2.9,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error message: "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator for assistance."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iprocurement Home Page > Receiving > Receive Items > Click Clear > Enter Award # > Click Go.
