On : 12c version, Enterprise : Administration
Getting an error message when attempting to add any type of data source.
Clicking the Add Data Source button results in the following error:

Inspect the log file for complete details of this incident.
bi_server1.out file contains the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Click the Administration button.
Select Data Source.
Select JDBC Connection.
Select Add Data Source.
