Requisition Summary Form Will Not Re-query, Returns FRM-40360 Error

Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Requisitions
When attempting to query requisition ,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

FROM-40360: Cannot query records here message appears.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter search criteria (OU and Approval Status)
2. Click Find
3. Select one requisition and click OPEN
4. Delete Incomplete requisition
5. SAVE
6. Close detail requisition form
7. Close search results form (therefore return to Find Requisitions form above)
8. Click Find to refresh search results (with or without changing the search criteria)
