Symptoms

Payables Command Center is not showing any data in its dashboards.

The ECCRUNDL ECC Run Data Load run with Full Load or Incremental Load does not load any data from Payables to ECC.

The log file shows this Error message:

There is an error while trying to ingest data for this load rule AP_ECC_UTIL_PVT.GET_ECC_DATA_LOAD_INFO with dataset ap-trx for job 5,238 ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_NUMBER", line 20
