GST: Distributions are not reversed when misc line is discarded resulting in invoices having Distribution Hold (Doc ID 2682734.1)

Actual Behavior:-

Customer has discarded item lines and misc lines for multiple invoices.
For 9 invoices, amount in ap_invoice_lines_all for few misc lines got updated to 0 but reversal in distributions table is not generated, resulting in distribution variance Hold on Ap invoice.
 
Exepected Behavior:-

Once invoice line is discarded, amount at line level should be corrected to 0 and reversal distribution should get generated.
 
Issue is not reproducible.

Business Impact:-

Due to this issue, users are not able to validate and pay invoices.
