When applying patch(including: 22961754) and then running "IR56B Annual Employers Return Hong Kong (Full)", some words are overlapping

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When running "IR56B Annual Employers Return Hong Kong (Full)", some words should not be overlapping

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the patch including: 22961754 and then run "IR56B Annual Employers Return Hong Kong (Full)"
2. Check the output and some words are overlapping
