Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Transaction Entry

At the time of entering a new Sales Order the following error is received and the Sales order cannot be saved.

ERROR

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in package OE_Header_Util Procedure Post_Write_Process



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Order Management
2. Navigate: Orders / Orders return
3. Enter Order and try to save
