ATP Override - Cannot Override The Schedule Ship Date (Doc ID 268406.1)

Symptoms

In order to update the Schedule Ship Date on an order line, the Profile Option OM: Authorized to Override ATP is set to Yes at the Responsibility and User level.
This does not work. The following error is received:

"Scheduling failed
Cannot meet request date or latest acceptable date

ATP Data Collection has been run."

 
You want to override the Schedule Ship Date, but still receive the error message.
