Symptoms
Users may report problems planning orders using previously working rates that use rate unit breaks. The same problem could be reported by users planning orders using the Show Routing Options. Restarting the instance resolves the issue.
An exception similar to the following should be generated in the exception logs.
Debug RateEngine cause.RatingEngine.ExceptionCaught (method=RERateGeo.getStopOffCostsIterator(), stackTrace=[xxxxx] [Error] ElementDef.isCompatibleWith(): Exception caught: <[xxxxx]
