ENHANCEMENT REQUEST DESCRIPTION

When the lease is terminated with same date as lease commencement date,
system still accounts one day ROU & liability balances as well as the cash
amount.
As per customer expectation, when they want to terminate the whole lease,
there should not be and gain / loss amount getting calculated and system
should reverse the whole ROU & liability balance which was booked during
booking transaction
