Symptoms

Customer on ECC V4 and has implemented Procurement and Payables.

The incremental load of Purchasing - Requisitions completes with failure, the error message is "Failed as one of the load rules failed which is [id = 2,989, PO_PCC_REQUISITIONS_UTIL_PVT.GET_ECC_DATA_LOAD_INFO]. Please check the load rule audit entry"

 

Steps to Recreate the Issue

  1. Login to an ECC responsibility that can launch incremental load
  2. Launch the incremental load for Purchasing-Requisitions
  3. Review the request
