PL : Contract Category LOV is not delivering values for Lump Sum And Lump Sum For Foreigners

On : 12.2.8 R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.12 version, Polish Legislation
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The list of values Contract Category under Statutory Information tab from person Assignments does not include records for 'lump sum' and 'lump sum for foreigners' contract types.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected to have the corresponding values 'LUMP' and 'F_LUMP' in the Contract Category lookup so that user can select corresponding Contract types from 'PL_CONTRACT_TYPE_LUMP' and ,'PL_CONTRACT_TYPE_F_LUMP'
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using PL HRMS Manager
2. Go to People->Enter and Maintain->Query the Employee
3. Select Assignment->Statutory Information tab-> open Contract Category LOV
4. Only Civil Contract and Normal Contract can be selected as per PL_CONTRACT_CATEGORY lookup definition.
