PO PDF Incorrectly Print the Ship-To Location of Cancelled PO Line (Doc ID 2685738.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After cancel PO line and update PO header ship-to location, but PDF output still shows old ship-to location.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After cancel PO line and update PO header ship-to location, PDF output should show new ship-to location.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on to E-Business Suits
2. Go to Purchasing Responsibility
3. Create a new Standard Purchase Order (PO) with Ship-to location A on PO header.
4. Ship-to location on PO Header automatically default to Ship-to location on PO shipment
5. Approve the PO
6. Cancel the PO line.
7. Change Ship-to location to location B on PO Header
8. Add new line to PO, the ship-to location of shipment of the new added line automatically default with Ship-to location B from PO Header
9. Approved the PO
10. Run 'PO Output for Communication' against the PO with 're-generate' option selected
11. Output of PO PDF still has Ship-to location A displayed
