EBS 12.1.3 Registration OID Succeeds But Ends In Error (Doc ID 2685796.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Oracle Access Manager

EBS: 12.1.3 Registration with OID Succeeds but Ends in Error

This environment was cloned.

All the scripts to integrate EBS with OID, finish like showing successful procedure in the xml logs files

For example, from OID registration xml log file:

<message>Registration of provisioning profile in Oracle Internet Directory completed successfully.</message>
<message>Entries found on OID Server: [orclApplicationCommonName=....... ,cn=EBusiness,cn=Services,cn=OracleContext]</message>
<message>Application is now registered successfully with provisioning in Oracle Internet Directory.

However the script output, show an error

$FND_TOP/bin/ -script=SetSSOReg -registerinstance=yes ......

You are registering ORACLE HOME only.

*** Log File = /..../logs/appl/rgf/TXK/txkSetSSOReg_Thu_Apr_23_15_44_12_2020.xml

Beginning input parameter validation for Oracle Home Instance registration.
Input parameter validation for Oracle Home Instance registration completed.

Oracle Home Instance preferences stored successfully.
Oracle Home Instance registered successfully.

Errors encountered running ..../apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/bin/

.../apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/bin/ did not return a true value at .../apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/perl/TXK/ line 105.

This was observed using deregister, removereferences, registerinstance and registeroid options

Reviewed the #internal DB records, the DIP prov.profile, ODSM oracle context EBS entry, and OID users work fine login to EBS.
