Individual Contribution Distribution (ICD) is Showing Multiple Rows For The Same Cost Center (Doc ID 2686073.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When employee makes a claim using Individual Contribution Distribution (ICD), the list of value (LOV) for alternate cost center returns multiple duplicates for the same cost center.
If trying to search by clicking the search icon first then enter the full cost center and no wild cards then only one is returned and processing is correct.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
There should be only one record returned by the LOV.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Manager Self Service
2.Individual Contribution Distribution Function
3.Award New Compensation
4.Enter details
5.In Cost Allocation: Paste: 10002397
6.Hit on search
7.List returns 16 values of 10002397
