iRecruitment: An error occur when copy and paste the content from word document.


ERROR

"An error occurred while uploading the rich text editor contents. Please contact your System Administrator for help."

Recruiter and Liaison are getting "An error occurred while uploading the rich text editor contents. Please contact your System Administrator for help." When they trying to create a vacancy by copy and paste the information content from word documents.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: iRecruitment Recruiter
1. iRecruiter Home>
2. Create a vacancy> Select Next>
3. Create a vacancy> Enter Primary Details> Select Next>
4. Enter Required Skills> Select Next>
5. Enter Primary Team Members> Select Next>
6. Format Job Posting> Here is where we copy and paste information from a standard word document> Select Next>
7. The error occurs: "An error occurred while uploading the rich text editor contents. Please contact your System Administrator for help."
