On : 12.1.3 version, Other Issues

When attempting to re-activate a supplier or to input the “Type” field on the Supplier.,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The supplier information has been modified by another user. Please re query the information and try again.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to re-activate an existing supplier
or
1. Try to enter type in a just approved supplier
